How to upload an HTML or ZIP presentation
Upload a self-contained HTML file, or a ZIP containing index.html and its local assets. Unfraym stores the presentation in your private library for browser playback.
1. Choose HTML or ZIP
Use a single .html or .htm file when your CSS and JavaScript are inline and images are embedded. Use a ZIP when your presentation needs separate stylesheets, scripts, images, fonts, or media. Unfraym hosts existing presentations; it does not convert PowerPoint or PDF files into HTML slides.
2. Package your local assets
A ZIP must contain index.html at its root, or inside one root folder that contains all presentation files. Keep relative paths consistent with the folder structure:
index.html
styles.css
scripts/navigation.js
assets/chart.svgFor this package, index.html can reference styles.css, scripts/navigation.js, and assets/chart.svg. Bundle dependencies locally: external CDNs, remote fonts, API calls, and remote images are blocked during playback.
Supported assets include HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, CSV, common image formats, web fonts, MP3, MP4, and WebM. Server-side source files, executables, and unsafe archive paths are rejected.
3. Upload and organize
- Sign in with your Google account.
- Open Upload presentation and select your HTML or ZIP file.
- Check the file-size and plan limits displayed in the uploader.
- Select collections if you want to group the presentation with other decks, then upload.
- Open the uploaded presentation and test every slide, image, and navigation control.
The Free plan holds up to two presentations. Pro is currently an early-access interest list.
Fix common problems
- No index.html found: name the ZIP entry file index.html and put it at the root or inside one root folder.
- Ambiguous presentation root: avoid multiple possible entry files or extra files outside the single root folder.
- Missing images or styles: verify the files are included and relative paths match, including capitalization.
- External dependencies fail: remove CDN and API dependencies and package supported files locally.
- File too large or library full: follow the limits shown in the upload screen and remove unneeded assets or presentations.
Keep playback private
Your library and presentation pages require sign-in and account ownership. The player uses temporary preview URLs, which you should avoid distributing. Public sharing is not currently available. Read the Privacy Policy for details about stored data.
