Privacy Policy

Effective September 27, 2026

Unfraym is a presentation hosting product operated by Epoch One Labs. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit or use Unfraym.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide or generate while using Unfraym:

  • Google account information: your name, email address, profile picture, and confirmation that Google has verified your email.
  • Account information: your display name, plan, account preferences, and account creation and update dates.
  • Presentation content: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, fonts, and other files you upload, plus titles, descriptions, file names, sizes, and collection organization.
  • Interest responses: details you submit through Pro interest and investor inquiry forms.
  • Technical information: IP address, request information, error logs, and short-lived rate-limit records used to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, provide your private presentation library, store and display your presentations, remember preferences, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, improve Unfraym, and respond to product or investor interest.

Google account data

Unfraym uses Google only for sign in and basic account identity. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, or other Google services. You can revoke Unfraym’s access from your Google Account permissions at any time.

Storage and service providers

Account records, presentation files, collections, and form responses are stored in MongoDB Atlas. Unfraym runs on Google Cloud, which processes requests and operational logs. Google provides account authentication. These providers process information on our behalf to operate the service.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information or presentation content. We may share information with infrastructure providers that operate Unfraym, when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business reorganization where appropriate safeguards apply.

Cookies

Unfraym uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect authentication requests. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral analytics.

Retention and deletion

We retain account information and uploaded content while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can permanently delete your account and associated active-service data from Profile settings. Deleting a presentation removes its stored presentation files and metadata from the active service. Rate-limit records expire automatically. Operational logs and provider backups may remain for a limited period. You may also request personal-data deletion by contacting us.

Security

We use HTTPS, Google authentication, account-level authorization, isolated presentation delivery, rate limits, and managed cloud infrastructure to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so protect your Google account and upload only content you are authorized to store.

Your choices

You may update available profile settings, delete individual presentations, revoke Google sign-in access, or ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your account.

Children

Unfraym is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Unfraym changes. We will publish the revised policy here and update its effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service.
