Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Unfraym, a presentation hosting product operated by Epoch One Labs. By accessing or using Unfraym, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Using Unfraym
You must be legally able to agree to these terms and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for maintaining the security of your Google account.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of presentations and other content you upload. You give Epoch One Labs a limited license to host, copy, process, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve Unfraym. You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and use your content.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Unfraym to violate law or another person’s rights; distribute malware; mine cryptocurrency; phish, deceive, or collect data without permission; interfere with the service; bypass access controls or limits; probe for vulnerabilities without written permission; or upload content designed to harm Unfraym, its providers, or viewers.
4. Presentation code
HTML and JavaScript presentations can contain active code. You are responsible for the behavior, accuracy, accessibility, and legality of uploaded presentations. Unfraym may inspect, restrict, quarantine, or remove content that threatens the service or violates these terms.
5. Plans and limits
Features and usage limits depend on your plan. Paid plans displayed during early access are proposals until checkout is available; joining an interest list does not create a purchase or investment commitment. We will show applicable pricing and billing terms before accepting payment.
6. Service changes and availability
Unfraym is an evolving service. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may impose reasonable limits to maintain security and reliability. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Unfraym at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a terms violation, security risk, legal requirement, or material harm to the service or others. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
8. Third-party services
Unfraym relies on services including Google authentication, Google Cloud, and MongoDB Atlas. Their own terms and policies may apply to your direct interactions with them. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Unfraym is provided as available without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Epoch One Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of Unfraym. Liability that cannot legally be limited remains unaffected.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. We will publish revisions here with a new effective date. Continuing to use Unfraym after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
